RPD
This page relates to your RPD Module.
The module runs throughout your first year with 3 x 1 hour sessions during the first meeting in November and top up sessions during each of the other 2 face to face meetings in March and May.
The module serves as an introduction to MA study, introduces elements of study skills such as critical and reflective thinking, referencing and using on-line resources such as databases to find useful articles.
It also serves to introduce you to a personal tutor and to capture elements of your personal development planning (PDP) to help you plan both your course and possible future career and personal opportunities. Is is a course and university requirement that we engage in PDP with you.
Your assignment will include the submission, in parts during the year, of a personal portfolio whch includes reflective and critical writings along with musings, images, diagrams, mind maps … to enrich the textual presention.
